If you would like to donate an object to our collections please get in touch with us using the online enquiry form before bringing your items in.
It would be very helpful if you could send as much information as possible about your items. We may ask you for a photograph of the item(s) to help us assess the donation.
If we accept your donation we will arrange a time with you to receive them.
Please be aware that we can only accept donations if they fit our Collections Development Policy.
We have to decline donations for lots of reasons. We may already have examples in our collections, we may not have the space or resources to look after your objects, or we may feel our museum is not the right place for your items.

Unfortunately, we do not offer a reprographics service and are unable to commission new photography due to resources.If you are interested in purchasing an art print from the Ashington Group Collection or Burrell collection we offer a print to order service.
