The ‘R. Good. Emporium’ is reopening thanks to illustrator Jonny Hannah, and everyone is invited to Berwick Museum and Art Gallery to sample their wares. This new exhibition of Hannah’s extraordinary paintings, prints and cut-outs is inspired by a fascinating historic advert for ‘R. Good of Berwick High Street (wholesale and retail)’ discovered in the museum collection. Hannah’s re-imagined emporium trades an impressive array of Northumbrian stories; big and small, short and tall, old and new.

The ‘R Good Emporium’ is part of ‘Northumberland Folk’, a series of four distinct yet connected exhibitions across Museums Northumberland created by award-winning illustrator Jonny Hannah.
