This summer, Museums Northumberland presents ‘Northumberland Folk’, a series of four new exhibitions by illustrator Jonny Hannah. Discover some of Northumberland’s strangest stories and most curious characters through Hannah’s extraordinary paintings, prints, publications and cut-outs alongside objects and artefacts from our museum collections.

But expect the unexpected, these are no ordinary art gallery exhibitions... instead, we invite you to celebrate the re-opening of the ‘R. Good Emporium’ at Berwick Museum and Art Gallery, to explore ‘A Hexham Miscellany’ at Hexham Old Gaol, to discover ‘Cock’s Morpeth Medley and Rant’ at Morpeth Chantry Bagpipe Museum and to visit the ‘Darktown Miners’ Social Club’ at Woodhorn Museum.
