Join us at Woodhorn Museum during British Science Week for a pop-up STEM-Fest.

There will be a fantastic range of family friendly activities inspired by our coal-mining past and looking to a bright future ahead.

• Explore the museum & colliery buildings to complete the ‘Our Past Your Future’ trail; discover fascinating facts about mining heritage and how we can power the future.
• Have a go at the ‘Woodhorn Mining Challenge’ and invent a way of lifting coal out of the mine.
• Share your memories of industrial heritage on our memory wall.
• Play some science games in the mini museum.

No need to book, this activity is included with your Annual Pass admission.
